Keyboard Activities
Practice beginning keyboarding skills with the typing games below. If one of the games if a little too challenging, it is oookay! Just work with other games for a few days then go back to the challenging one and it will begin to get easier. 🙂

- Cup Stacking – letters
- Typing Rocket Jr. – letters (slower)
- Typing Rocket – letters (faster)
- Ghost Typing Junior – letters
- Type-A-Balloon – letters
- Keyboard Challenge – a puzzle of letters, numbers, and characters
- Keyboard Zoo 2 – letters and words (Uppercase letters, too!)
- Dance Mat Typing
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS: The activities I link to are the only activities that I am suggesting the students use on the websites that these links take you to. I have previewed these activities. In class, students are not allowed to click around to other games on the websites that these links take you to. If you choose to allow your student to click around to other games and click on other links on the websites, I suggest you preview what your student wants to use to ensure they are age appropriate.
